President Jodie Coughlan’s President’s Prize takes place on June 14th. In a message to members, she says she is “looking forward to seeing you all on Saturday, 14th June 2025, for the President’s Day. The timesheet will open on Thursday, 29th May at 8:00 pm, and I hope to see as many as possible playing on the day. The format for the day is stroke play for the ladies and gents. There will be a draw.
We will have the longest drive for the men on the 4th hole, nearest the pin on the 3rd hole for ladies and gentlemen, and nearest the blue line for ladies and gentlemen on the 12th hole.
There will be a buffet available after the golf, which is kindly subsidised by the ladies’ and men’s club at €20 each. The bar will be opened from 1.30 pm in Gullivers. Food served from 3 pm. Music from 4.30 pm to 7.30 pm. The prize giving will take place at 5.30 pm.
