Our weekly golf club competitions are in full “swing” and the competition committee has drafted our 2017 competitions rules book. The appropriate sections of this book are now on display on the notice board. Please see attached document.
In addition to this we have been offering members a “Live Running Leaderboard” for our weekly competitions. If feedback from members remains positive we will continue with this additional competitions feature.

In the interests of fairness to all competitors, the committee have also introduced two additional local competition rules for 2017, please note they are as follow;

Knightsbrook Golf club

• Any member who fails to submit their scorecard on 3 occasions (i.e. has 3 no returns) will be disqualified from the next major competition. Member submitting their card is important as their failure to do so impact the calculation of the standard scratch which affects all golfers playing in the competition.
• Any member who fails to show up for a competition when on the timesheet on 3 occasions will also be disqualified from the next major comp
